STEP 1: RAID YOUR LOST ARKS
Unearth those legendary Polaroids, vintage Kodak moments, and maybe even a few embarrassing prom pics (hey, we won't judge!).

STEP 2: FILL THE BOX
Fit as many of these items as you can into the Gather Box while still being able to close the lid.

• Only loose photos will be scanned, therefore, please remove all photographs from album pages. If we have to remove and replace the photos in the album, there will be an additional charge for this
• Make certain there is no hanging tape or sticky substance on the photos. Please remove all staples, paper clips, sticky notes, etc.
• For an additional charge, we can scan photos in a certain order. I.E. date, location, etc. Mark the groups of photos clearly with this information utilizing post-it notes, index cards, etc
• Photographs with writing on the back that you want to have scanned must be in a separate bundle. Please put a note attached to this bundle that you wish to have both sides of the photo scanned.
• Some Polaroids and new instant photos are too thick to go through our automated equipment. These items can still be scanned at our standard flatbed rate (starting at $4/image).
• By law, we are unable to scan copyrighted images, UNLESS you have a written release from the copyright holder, which is generally the photographer. Please include this release form with the photos being scanned at the time you drop off the box. Copyrighted images include school photos, Olan Mills and other studio photographs, etc.
• If you have any unique memorabilia inside your box, please inquire about our services for these items when you drop it off at our store

STEP 3: DROP OFF YOUR BOX OF TREASURES
Drop your box full of memories off at our store. Then avert your eyes as our technicians work their magic–transforming your analog relics into dazzling digital masterpieces.

STEP 4: MAGIC!
Return later to find that your photos have successfully completed their adventure. Behold the high-resolution JPEGs that are ready to take on the digital age! Zoom in, reminisce, and prepare for an avalanche of nostalgia. Share, print, or frame – the choice is yours! Whether you want to flaunt on Instagram or dust off the old frames, these newly curated digital gems are ready to make their grand re-entrance into your life!

Is there a date I have to bring the box back by?

No, we understand that you have many memories to sort through! Always remember you can buy another box when you need to have more memories archived.

Do I get my items back?

Absolutely! These are precious memories of yours!

What sizes can be scanned with the Gather Box?

We can scan photos from wallet size, approximately 2 1/2” x 3 1/2”, to larger photos up to 8”x10”. If you have any smaller or larger photos, we can scan those as well. However, they will be priced at flatbed scanning rates.
