The most important thing you can do is stop using it immediately. Don’t read/write any more images or data to it–everything may still be intact and using the card further risks writing over what’s already on it.

The second most important step is to bring it to us and let us try to recover your data. If your data has a problem, we’ll solve it!

Data recovery is $50 for the first 10GB of recovered data, $25 for each additional 10GB.
